We got great value for our money with a cozy and well-equipped room. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary restrictions.

Loved the air conditioning and flat-screen TV, especially when I had the whole apartment to myself. Great location for shopping and exploring. Free WiFi was a bonus.
Who needs an elevator? Carrying my luggage up 4 flights of stairs was such a delightful surprise.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring Madrid, thanks to the central location of this hotel. With young children, it was a relief to be within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the Callao metro station. The spacious rooms provided ample space for our children to play and relax after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare meals and snacks for our little ones. Additionally, the unexpected cleaning service every two days was a nice touch, ensuring that our family stayed comfortable throughout our stay.
My children wanted a larger balcony to enjoy the views and fresh air.

Great location! Right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and plenty of places to eat and drink. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave us a free Wi-fi device to use outside the hotel. Plus, they left a complimentary bottle of wine in our room, such a nice touch! the room was clean and modern, with a lovely rain shower. We also loved having a balcony to enjoy our morning coffee.
The noise from other guests was a bit of a nuisance, as the doors were not soundproofed. We could hear people coming in and out and it was quite disruptive.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the center of the city, close to everything. You can find several restaurants in the area where you can enjoy breakfast. The staff is very helpful and can provide guidance on what to do and where to go in the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern furniture and small kitchens. Some rooms even have a nice view of the courtyard.
The sound insulation is poor, so you may occasionally hear noise from other guests or the street.

! The room was straight fire, brand new with a sick kitchen. We were so close to the club scene, we partied like crazy animals all night long. Plus, the location was clutch, we could easily stumble back to our room after hitting up all the epic bars. #BestPartyEver
But yo, if I had to mention one thing, it would be dope if the hotel had a sick rooftop pool or a chill rooftop bar. Like, imagine chilling by the pool with your crew, sipping on some drinks and soaking up those Madrid vibes.
